I do like to be fair. Or to qualify that, I like to think I can be fair.

I sat stock still as my husband raved on about all the health dos and don’ts when I expounded the newest concern about alternative sweetners. “I don’t want to know. I am fed up of reading about how one substance is poison and how we should all be eating blue berries or whatever the latest super food is. What is a super food anyway?”

“Hmm.” I thought. “He has a point.”

I can be so niave at times and just when I think I am being objective I find I have believed the worst type of journalism.

I have just been sent this link: Martin J Walker A free downloadable book about biased journalism and it makes very interesting reading.

Sorry Patrick Holford. Although I haven’t appreciated your delivery you have been pivotal in the getting the nation to eat their 5 a day.
